These terms apply to your use of alacrue.com and to the calls and text messages you receive from Robbp Media, doing business as Alacrue (“Alacrue”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or agreeing to receive messages from us, you accept these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or join our text messaging program, and you must be the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
SMS messaging program
- Program name: Alacrue.
- What you will receive: messages about your request, including replies to your questions, scheduling of calls with our team, follow-ups about your request, and account and service notifications if you become a customer.
- How you opt in: by ticking the optional consent box on our sign-up form at alacrue.com/start/, or by texting us first. Consent is not required to submit the form.
- Message frequency: varies.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for messages.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Reply START to resubscribe.
- Help: reply HELP to any message, call (310) 503-3592 or email info@robbp.com.
- Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile number or opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing.
Phone calls
If you agree, we may call you at the number you provided about your request, including calls from our team and calls that use automated technology or an AI-generated voice. Calls may be recorded and transcribed. You can ask us to stop calling at any time.
Free trial and pricing
Trial and pricing terms are as shown on our Pricing page at the time you sign up and in your written agreement.
Website use
Do not misuse this website, submit false information or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.
Limitation of liability
This website and our messages are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
